PM Guest Lecture Panel on HCI Startups and Industrial Careers
Ame Elliott -  Ame is the Design Director for Simply Secure, a nonprofit service organization dedicated to making ubiquitous privacy and security a reality. Previously, Ame spent eight years at IDEO where she oversaw the Design Research community, cultivating research excellence across two California locations. At IDEO, Ame was a senior Project Leader, delivering technology strategy work to Global 500 clients including Acer, AT&T, Ericsson, Fuji-Xerox, Gannett, HP, and Samsung.
Andrew Fang - Andrew is a mobile/web designer-programmer, currently studying Human Computer Interaction at Stanford.
Elizabeth Lin -  Elizabeth is a product designer at Khan Academy working to redesign the content library experience. Previously, as an intern, she worked on math exercises for the iPad. She has also interned at Sprig and LinkedIn. Outside of tech and design, she spends her time plotting ways to sneak into the fashion industry and giving free saxophone concerts to people outside her apartment.
Mari Batilando - Mari is an iOS Engineer at Apple where he develops software for retail customers and employees. In the past, he also interned for Weebly, and Stubhub. Meanwhile during his free time, he ponders about new ways to interlace health and education with technology.
